Refund Policy

B2B is a service-based organization, and all membership fees are nonrefundable.

Membership Transfers

If a member leaves the company that originally paid for their membership, the company may designate a one-time replacement. The new representative will assume the membership for the remainder of the term, including the remaining allowed absences for the calendar year. Transfers must be approved by Regional Support and any members in related categories.

If an individual member relocates or is unable to attend due to medical reasons, their membership may be transferred to an open category within the chapter, subject to approval and agreement with member guidelines. The new member assumes the original category’s remaining term and absences.

Outgoing members should provide their replacement with all relevant materials, including the chapter book and business card holder. If not provided, the new member must purchase a chapter book at the current rate.

Medical Sabbatical Policy

Members in good standing may request a two-month medical sabbatical. During this time, fees must remain current. Members on sabbatical are not required to attend meetings, generate referrals, or present. With approval from Regional Support, a member may send a representative in their place to maintain business visibility within the chapter
